Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

A mive place to stay in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

We found the Trentham Premier inn very good. Nice , big, clean room. The service by the staff was excellent except for Kirsty who ,when I requested 6 decaf tea bags, would only give me 2 and wanted to charge for any extra. I wanted 2 for 3pm tea, 2 for bedtime and 2 for morning. Not a big request. You can help yourself to any number of ordinary tea bags at the reception. We have travelled all over the world and have never had such deliberately unhelpful service. I think a few lessons in customer relations is needed! Regards Vivienne Georgeson

Best hotel stay ever loved it soo much ive already booked to go back and stay again the staff are so friendly they was lovely with my autistic little boy

Really great location, and a great budget hotel that nails the basics - big rooms, blackout curtains, good AC and comfortable beds. Great to take the stress out of travelling with kids.

What made this stay even better than the usual reliable experience of any Premier Inn was the excellent staff team. Every member of staff was professional, welcoming, helpful and friendly. They even provided very welcome chilled bottles of mineral water at Reception, asking only for a donation to Great Ormond Street Hospital. The on-site restaurant provided an excellent breakfast and very good food in the evenings: the meal deal is great value. The room was as comfortable and well-equipped as all Premier Inn Premier Rooms, including a great shower and very efficient air-conditioning. The whole hotel was comfortably cool in the midst of a heat wave. The only negative is the parking: it is free, but as it shared by several other restaurants, it’s very hard to find anywhere to park. Nevertheless, this Premier Inn is highly recommended.

Been to this lovely hotel a few times now, can only say it is a lovely place with great staff!! Did not eat there as I was out with friends, however it does have a decent sized restaurant with food. It is also close to allot of other fooderies and shops! Room was faultless! Can defo recommend!

Can’t emphasise how much of a pleasure it is to spend time around the staff at this establishment , nothing is to much trouble if you respect the staff & understand they work extremely hard & are dealing with large volumes of the public on a daily basis , not easy . Location is great for access to the area in general . Atmosphere I find very chilled . Rooms great & value actually ok considering all factors . On a footnote to the area manager or regional manager , refurbish that bar top I’ll pay ! All the best to the team , Mark from Devon .

Really good experience. The breakfast was good but the staff Adrian and Kirsty were exceptional. Went out of their way to be helpful. Adrian’s reception greeting was warm and friendly and we never felt under any pressure to rush over additional drinks. We will definitely be back.
