good size for the room and the bed but for me it was very unpleasant to can't open the window and it smells humidity. good breakfast , no noise

We had a great stay here. Nice sized room for three of us. Decent sized bathroom. Lots of free parking. Restaurant/bar onsite. Great breakfast.

We checked in and got up to our room, realising it was a premier plus room we were greeted, a nice note about a free upgrade and a packet of mini eggs from Abbie and Hannha, really made our weekend! The room was very clean and tidy on arrival too

Brutal nights sleep.. these new mattresses are way too hard. Be better sleeping on the floor. The heater in the room sounded like a jet plane. Have used premier inn for a long time and they were always my go to hotel. I wont be back

Fab stay at premier inn, room was spacious even with 4 in. Really good value for money hotel stay. Ideally suited for an Alton towers trip.

Great hotel to stay at Rosie and Bridie where extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with I would highly recommend this hotel as the customer service was excellent felt very welcome.

Had a really lovely stay at Premier Inn recently. Rosie and Bridie were both absolutely fantastic — so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, which made such a difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d hope for, but it was their kindness that really stood out. Thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back!

Quiet room + nice towels + jet lagged + clog dancers upstairs + slept well + avoid the Brewers Fayre Carvery sadly...

I highly recommend this hotel. Right in the centre. We stayed here for a visit to Alton towers. The rooms are clean and the staff are ultra friendly and helpful. They are welcoming and guide you through the check in process. We've stayed here several times and never been disappointed even after a long drive from London. Thank you for everything you do and we'll be back in July. Abbie and Hannah well done for keeping your cool and being really calm in difficult situations with difficult customers.

Let me begin by saying overall, this is a pleasant place to stay overnight, and I would stay here again. The room was clean, large, and has one of the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep in. Having the pub on site is an excellent amenity, and the check in and check out process is streamlined. One of the best factors for me was how easy it was to adjust the room temperature as it’s quite easy to become uncomfortably warm in some hotels. Unfortunately, the windows do not open, and it’s certainly nice to be able to get some fresh air in the room, particularly when there is an unusual smell knocking around as there was here. The smell wasn’t too pungent and we were able to quite happily manage, it’s just a matter of managing your expectations - this is not the Ritz - but it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a good, quiet night. This hotel is fairly close to Alton Towers and would make a great place to stay after visiting the theme park, where you can relax, have a good meal, a few drinks, and then drive home after the late checkout.

Is a great place to stay so convenient for trentham gardens the shops amd gatden centre. Spoiled for choice for places to eat at. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff also are friendly amd helpful

Very difficult to speak to a human being before our stay to confirm that we had an accessible (wet room) room as my husband is disabled. 20 minutes trying to get past a robot(?), then a lady who barely spoke English. There is only a generic phone number on the booking confirmation, the lady was able to give me the number directly to the hotel - why is this number not on the booking confirmation? Very poor soundproofing from the room above.

Room was ok. We pre purchased breakfast as it was Mother's Day on the Sunday but turned away as the restaurant was oversubscribed. We were travelling with 2 small children, one with a diary intolerance. Given it was Mother's Day, there were no other alternatives in the area to eat, leaving two hungry children. Restaurant manager didn't care and was overheard later at reception complaining about the lack of provision made for the day. We then raised a complaint using the WhatsApp function and was told we would get a response within 2 hours. Response received to say they would look into my complaint but nothing else received. Another 24 hours have gone by and still no response. Very poor customer service.

Convenient location very clean room and bathroom great bed slept really well there will definitely use this hotel again when I am in stoke on Trent area.
