The room on the 6th Floor was cold at first and the air conditioning was noisy and the bed uncomfortable. The magnetic card stopped working twice. Reception staff didn’t apologise.
I wanted a room on 1st or 2nd Floor as I have a phobia of lift.

Very friendly front desk staff, smooth check-in process. The room was underwhelming. Thin mattress, low ceiling, spray textured walls. Bath amenities are very limited, with no hand towels or face cloths. Only two bath towels in the room. No tissues, lotions or separate soaps, shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast items such as eggs and sausages were not replenished and/or empty. Coffee machines were convenient. Overall adequate but more basic than expected.

This place is the hub of action in Strasbourg. It was clean, staff was friendly and was very walkable especially if your goal is the Le Petite France. Don’t think about it…just do it!!!
