Reviews of Ibis Strasbourg Centre Halles

Great hotel , very well kept with Spacious rooms centrally located , beds are nice

I had a large suitcase, so it felt farther from Strasbourg station than I expected. It took over 10 minutes to walk. If you're traveling with multiple people and have luggage, taking a car would be better. The reception is inside a large mall, but when I entered through the main entrance, I didn't see any signs and had to ask for directions. The entrance is on the right side if you're facing the main mall entrance. I stayed on the 3rd floor, and the room was clean with a nice view from the window, which made it feel spacious, especially in the morning. The bathroom was also clean and drained well, which I was happy with. It's close to the cathedral; just exit the hotel, cross the bridge, and you're on your way. It was a good location for exploring.

Very clean hotel 💕

I had a very positive experience overall. The service was attentive, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. Staff were responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly, which really added to the overall comfort. As for the facilities, they were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt organized and up to standard, making the environment both welcoming and convenient. Overall, a great experience that I would happily recommend.

Our twin room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in. Plus, the breakfast had a fantastic variety and was absolutely delicious!

Convenient place. Ideal for vacation

All good.

Small but perfectly formed! The hotel gym is a private facility, located on another street, less than a 5-minute walk away! The breakfast was excellent! The Il River is right next door, making it convenient for jogging! Until next time!

Very clean, comfortable and soft bed. Great view of the city, but it can be noisy in the evenings due to young people queuing for the club. The location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby, making it quick to and from the central train station.

Good location, walking distance from the center. Nice hotel, room as described, but poor air conditioning, not enough cooling. Excellent breakfast.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Hotel well located for visiting Strasbourg on foot. Good value for money.

A fantastic breakfast, and the dining environment was very pleasant.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet hotel, clean room, located near the city center with direct parking access. We will cherish the memory of our getaway to Strasbourg.
