Nice hotel room with strategic location. All the famous food and sightseeing just 5-10mins walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay in Citadines Strasbourg, the location is fantastic - very centrally located, within walking distance to the nearest tram station. A small issue with the kitchen is that the stove kept flickering and switching off when cooking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Kléber Strasbourg, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service, this flat hotel is a true gem.

The room is comfortable. I like the clothes rack behind the bathroom the most. All the clothes I change can be dried in one night. It's relatively close to the cathedral. We went there twice in one morning. It was so spectacular.

The hotel is located in the old city, which is difficult to find, but the surrounding environment of the hotel is relatively good. It is convenient to walk around and eat. It also has its own parking lot. Overall, it is good.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment (two adults and two teens on sofa bed in lounge). The teens liked the fact that the sofa bed was large and was two separate beds. We had a mini kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, fridge and dishwasher. It was great that the hotel had a self service laundry (5 euros for washing, 4 euros for drier, using an app) as this was very useful on our 3 week tour of France! Although the room is not cleaned every day, the hotel has a “comfort station” where you can go and get new towels so that was good. The hotel was in a good location, next to Homme de Fer tram station and a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Only negatives were that the room was a bit small and there was no air conditioning so it got very stuffy with four of us in there. Good value for money overall, though.

Very clean, quiet & newly renovated hotel in the center of Strasbourg. Has parking (€18/day). Must call in advance to get code to open streets into pedestrian zone where this hotel is located. Most receptionists can speak some English. (A few are fluent.) Building has 2 small elevators. Rooms were spacious enough for 4 adults. Has fully equipped kitchen. If you run out of something, you can go to the 1st Floor to get supplies. Bed & Sofa-bed were comfortable. (First Sofa-bed which I've encountered that has 2 separate beds.) Heating & Black-out curtains worked well. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Location was primo. We could walk to everything touristy --- well, except the 2 gardens (L'Orangerie & Deux Rêves) and EU Parliament. For them, tram & bus stops are nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place for 4 people. Note: This is a serviced apartment hotel. This means that housecleaning occurs once a week. We only stayed one night, so it wasn't an issue for us. Having said that, I would still stay here again for longer stays too.

I chose Sofitel Strasbourg based off price and location. We hit the jackpot with this hotel. The location is a two minute walk to transportation, Kleber Square, restaurants, and shopping. The location is on a quiet pleasant street, which was so peaceful after a long day of exploring. The staff couldn't be more helpful and personable. The outside area is filled with seating, firepits, and a welcoming atmosphere. The concierge was ready to help in any way, Quentin the bartender, who truly loves his job, was so kind and skilled at cocktails. Our room was perfect, the Turf Platter we ordered for our lunch one day was amazing, the lobby is comfortable modern, and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. We stayed in this hotel in February and were pleasantly surprised at how nice everybody was. The room was excellent and the facilities were very useful - cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Joyce and Vietnamese lady managing the reception, have uplifted the image of this hotel. Their service-oriented attitude and professionalism were impressive. They were helpful and informative. Hotel is centrally located - tram station 2 mins walk; eateries, supermarket, department store are within 5 mins walk. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is outstanding location equidistant from station and cathedral and French corner. Very nice restaurants and car freee road. Joyce was so helpful thanks to her had a great stay. Have washing machine on ground floor opens 7 am and shuts 10 pm. Works with an app. Have breakfast at just 12 euros. Room is superb especially 510 facing the church. The rooms are superb and if u want additional cleaning costs 25 . Also have car park. Superb place. Value for money.

We loved this hotel and its location on the island. It's within walking distance from the train station and the island can easily be walked. We had 3 nights at the hotel. The front desk, especially the Ugandan employee, was so friendly and helpful--many thanks. As was the restaurant staff very accommodating, especially with children. The hotel is super clean and the rooms very much in good order. We loved our apartment and it was great for the kids. Many restaurants just around the corners. Absolutely do get the breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Only missing perhaps was an omelette but everything else we like was presented. Be sure to check out the fresh cheese usually presented at the entrance. We will stay at this hotel again when we return... You can hear street noise, however I had brought earplugs and my children were not disturbed

This is a medium-class hotel, the price is not too high but the stay is really nice! The hotel is situated 700m away from the train station and close to tourist attractions such as Notre Dame Cathedral Strasbourg, Alsacien museum, Strasbourg history museum, etc. Citadines Kléber Strasbourg offers a cozy and comfortable space for tourists and full facilities in room including: stove, microwave, refrigerator, television, heater, housekeeping service. The room is very clean and the furniture look new. The thing I love most is there is a bathtub in bathroom. It's superb to enjoy. But the light in bedroom is too dim (I'm not sure if it is French style?)
