Clean rooms with all essential amenities, very helpful and accommodating staff

Excellent stay. There were a couple groups of kids/teenagers during my stay so common areas were very noisy but the staff managed well. Service was particularly good. I enjoyed getting to play the piano in the afternoon and hearing one of the youth play. Cafeteria style lunch was available with a variety of options.

The best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Clean room, great location. However, the soundproofing in the rooms needs improvement; you can hear everything from the hallway because there's a large gap under the front door!

Very clean and hygienic, located in a quiet neighborhood. A very simple double room. A little different from a hotel, but I was very satisfied.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was very clean. I was very satisfied!

立地も駅から遠くなく（徒歩15分程度）、周辺への移動にも便利でした。 特に主要の観光場所から徒歩10分程度で近かった。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで特に問題なく過ごすことができました。 客室は清潔に保たれており、必要な設備もひと通りそろっていました。バスタオルが無料提供だった。 料金を考えると、全体的に満足できる滞在だったと思います。 また近くを訪れる機会があれば、宿泊先の候補として検討したいです。

Our school group had a very disappointing stay at this place, and I strongly advise others not to book it. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. The introduction video about the house rules was shown on a screen placed behind plants, making it almost impossible to see. It was only in French, which many of us could not understand. Because of this, we did not fully understand the quiet hours rule, nor that breaking it could result in a fine. This crucial information was never clearly communicated. Later, the staff accused a small group of our classmates of being noisy at night. They provided no proof whatsoever – no recordings, no written complaints, nothing – yet they still threatened us with a €300 fine. Their claim that “many guests complained” was never backed up by any evidence, and our teachers never confirmed such accusations. The hotel’s response here on Google is misleading: they continue to insist that everything was explained and that there were complaints, but in reality, we never saw or heard any proof of this. On top of that, the Wi-Fi barely worked, the food was cheap and poor in quality, and the rooms were not clean or properly maintained. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and at no point did the staff show any sense of hospitality. The only positive aspect is the location, but this does not make up for the unprofessional treatment and unfair practices we experienced. For school trips or group stays, this place is absolutely unsuitable. We cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

Very helpful, friendly desk staff who speak French and English. Clean room with fresh clean sheets. Comfortable bed and pillow. Individual bed lighting. 2 bathrooms for 6 beds. Hot showers. Comfortable room temperature. Locked storage in room. Pay breakfast with hot and cold dishes. 8-9 steps entering the hostel but you can use the elevator after that. Good wifi. Hostel is located 2 blocks from the old town which is on the island. Near restaurants, shops, Christmas Markets. 15 min walk to the train station, all level ground.

1.72025 It's boiling hot. There's no air conditioning in the rooms. You sweat yourself to death. It's definitely not suitable for people to sleep in and there were bugs in my bedsheets. Then I went out for a quick bit at 11pm and the so-called night watchman came and gave me a 100€ fine for disturbing the peace. The food was complete nonsense, it wasn't good, far too little. The staff were unfriendly. I don't recommend it because you just can't sleep well, the food isn't good and the night watchman thing is really over the top.

This is what hospitality is all about! A very convincing and committed hotel project run by the Reformed Churches in Strasbourg with a long history of promoting social cohesion. Very fair prices, impeccable cleanliness in the rooms and inviting spaces, extremely friendly and attentive staff, and a delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh ingredients. We'd gladly return. Chapeau!
