We had come to celebrate an anniversary, and the hotel offered us lovely thoughtful touches that meant a great deal to us. Gestures like these truly make all the difference and leave a lasting impression. Our pet was also looked after with great care, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay with complete peace of mind. It would help if the staff posted notices on the doors of the rooms to please close the doors quietly - most of the guests slammed them and the place echoes,"
