Le Jean-Sébastien Bach

Hotel facilities are old, but the surrounding environment is very good, just next to the Orange Park, parking can stop the road. There is an old oil and gas in the room, especially in the bathroom, and the cleaning is clean. The hotel staff are very kind, especially the service staff of the restaurant, very warm nice. The breakfast is simple and expensive, and it is included in the room rate. Sharp overnight wins at a cheaper

Self-driving tourists can first send email to the hotel and then follow the information to the hotel. kind of hard. $ 30euro valet parking is also available. The hotel itself is beautiful and gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious, and there are many places to take pictures.

Stayed for 3 nights for the Christmas markets in December. When we arrived we had to move room as the shower was so small that I couldn’t stand up in it. The staff were nice and moved us to a room beside reception. The room we moved to was quite spacious, and very clean. The bar in the hotel stayed open until 1.30 a.m which was very good for a drink on the way back from Strasbourg city centre. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre and ideal for people interested in walking. Maybe not ideal for elderly people or people with mobility issues. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

This hotel is located on the tram line which is convenient for transportation. Our room had a very nice bathroom with a great shower, but the issue with the room is the dark green/grey walls made the small room seem even smaller and the lighting in the room was VERY minimal. On top of that, the room had 2 STEPS in it making it very dangerous. The door to the room and bathroom were on one level, then you take two steps down into the area where the bed, television, desk and closet are. If you have to get up in the middle of the night to use the WC, you could trip up or down the stairs and really hurt yourself. I've never seen steps in a hotel room before and can not believe that it could be permitted. There are no nightlights in the room either. We did not eat at the restaurant, so we can not comment on the food.

Where to start so much there is to say !!! We arrived the 20/08 for two nights and the person at the reception was sympathetic ( we should have enjoyed it because it will be the only one of the weekend) Home open only at 17:00 and until 19:00 should not be looted... Once our keys and the bip of the parking Paying recovery (8€ per day yet) we go up in our good size room ( studio) so we can widely put the parapluy beds of our twins. But you must not be too looking at the cleanliness ( bed king size does not (2 couch 1 person with a couch 2 person !! Fortunately you need warm because the room is not air-conditioned we will not need it) squeezed moquette, hair stick on the head of bed and under the bed, the bathroom has paint connections not made or to do, nothing to hang the towels or even the toilet paper on the laundry) The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. I asked the present person who did not even answer me and finally do a little bottle at hand, the frozen winehouses were forgotten in the oven so uneatable, the charcuterie is very low range and the egg cooker HS. France 10€ for this is off price. But the worst is to come we go back from visit to 15:00 to sleep our twins and to be able to go back end of day in town to dinner and very impossible our card was demagnetize and the penalty despite a thirty call has never answered!!! We had to wait 17h with two exquisite children because they were extenuated and hungry (bah yes everything was in the room) and there the person of the hyper unpleasant reception that explains that it's not her problem she was in pause and that the coercive Responde because it is not paid!!! And that it is not a hotel but a apartment hotel !! We finally arrive to access our room after his fairy explanations but our adventure doesn't stop there... when my husband went out of the shower he fell in the nose with the person of the host who opened the door of our room without hitting and who was held by the parapluy bed of one of the children across the door. But it must be admitted that it is very curiosous yet ! The next day breakfast is not better but there are fewer people ( that is already! ) we put our keys in the counter because no one has the reception yet and on the road we will receive a call from the director who wants to know if we are going !! We haven't understand it well but it's good! We won't go back to this hotel and I'll tell the wonderbox site by whom

Strasbourg Downtown
Compared to the ibis and other hotels near the train station, this price is not so high. This is more than one kilometer from the railway station. In fact, there are several mercures along the way. But this is recommended by Ctrip. The advantage is that he is in the city center, next to the Spring Department Store, and the lV shop. Shopping is convenient. But the service is not as good as the previous ibis.
