Manchester Trafford Centre Nth

Comfortable and clean , restaurant could do with a refurb but food was good , excellent location , just across the road from trafford centre , a bit of a distance to walk to safely cross but wasn’t an issue , beds were comfy and clean , room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to cool it -this wouldn’t be great in summer , otherwise great would go back

From checking in to leaving Thomas on reception was extremely helpful/friendly and very likeable. All was as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Although situated on a main road, we never heard a thing in room 2. Walking distance to the Trafford Centre.

This was our second stay at the hotel. On arrival Thomas on reception recognised us immediately. What a great guy he is, friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, excellent customer service from him from start to finish! The hotel itself is not the most modern premier inn but it’s clean and comfortable with plenty of parking, a pub next door and a short distance to the Trafford centre itself. You do have to cross over several main roads but there are crossings. We visited the circus whilst we were there which was a bit far to walk with a 5 year old in tow but an Uber cost us £5-6 each way which was reasonable. Breakfast at table table was a let down, most of the things they didn’t have (didn’t tell us before we paid either!) and service was slow. Maybe we hit a bad day as last time we stayed it was fine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would recommend the hotel.

Great location. Opposite the Trafford centre which has a bus station and tram stop. The car didn't move all weekend from the free parking space. Beds comfy as ever. Stayed 2 nights and would have liked the room cleaning as stayed 2 nights ( bins emptied, tea and coffee refilled, not a towel change as it was only 2 nights but nothing was done). Overall a good stay.

The staff at this hotel are excellent in every department from Reception to the Restaurant. Add this to the usual high standards of Premier Inn and you have an excellent hotel. For extra value we always sign up for the "Meal Deal" because the quality of the food is exceptional.

Ideal location for the Trafford Centre, quick check in with a really helpful receptionist, had the option to book breakfast & evening meal but had other arranged plans, room was clean, bed was very comfy. Recommended

Was lovely cosy and clean the convenience made it a perfect stay so close to the Trafford centre. The staff super friendly and helpful would stay again and the breakfast was the perfect end to a great weekend.

Brilliant stay with family, very comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast all the staff were very helpful throughout our three night stay perfect location to shop at the Trafford centre will definitely return in the near future for longer.

Had a lovely evening away. The hotel was lovely and clean. The beds were comfy and overall have a lovely stay. Breakfast was good value for money too. Would highly recommend to others, close to the Trafford Centre too.
