Great location, shame about the lack of communication from staff and the room had rubbish left from the previous occupants.

Wonderful stay as always we have being coming here for many years the staff are always welcoming Claudia the Manageress and her whole team front of house and the housekeeping team work extremely hard to make every guest happy, and are happy to assist with any reasonable requests you may have. I did notice on this visit people getting annoyed with the Early Check in Fee (£15) but the staff are not the ones who need to hear your frustration they didn't not make this rule complain to Premier inn head office, or just arrive at 3pm which is the official check in time as some Guests don't leave until Midday and then rooms have to be cleaned and made up for the next Guest. I know how tiring travelling can be but you can leave your bags and go for a walk along the promenade if the weather is fine, or grab a coffee at the Beefeater eater next door with toilets if needed if you don't want to pay for early check in . There are so many interesting places to visit too there is the Lowry theatre with a floor of exhibitions and the Lowry shopping mall and Media city is close by with a range of places to eat, all a gentle stroll away from the hotel and as a wheelchair user i love the promenade it's flat and you will see Swans and Geese on the way to the Lowry.

Came to check in and realised I forgot my booking details in the office. I thought I just say my name and that would be it. Turned up my company booked me a under different name. We have hundreds of staff so which one is it which one they used? I tried to call the call the office but no luck nobody picked up. I have anxiety and it started kicking in I started shaking and stuttering. Luckily the lady on reception ( Katarina) was very helpful. She offered water but joked I need a strong coffee. She went into the restaurant and brought me and espresso after that I calmed down called the office again and the finally picked up ans all was sorted. Amazing staff.

The hotel was fantastic & staff really helpful. The meals allocated as part of the hotel exist were given to us by the Beefeater restaurant adjoining the hotel & food was awesome. I’d like to single out certain members of staff at the restaurant, mainly Peter ( barman/ waiter ) & Steve ( chef ) both were really exceptional, kind & pleasant, very efficient at their jobs & a credit to your restaurant !! The breakfasts cooked by Steve , the head chef, were literally, cooked to perfection !!! 👏🏻👍🏻 Well done all the staff though, at both the hotel & the Beefeater because you really made my stay, a very enjoyable one !! 👍🏻 Many thanks, Mr Stephen Harris ( room 320 )

Stayed in January 2026. As the title suggests, nothing wrong with it at all. I would stay again, mainly for the location and the car park. The hotel itself could do with a bit or tarting up - scratches on the walls in the rooms and some torn fabric here and there. Apart from that it's fine, it did the job for three nights. Service was good and the fact it has a car park (although it's chargeable) makes a difference. On that point, make sure you go into the hotel first as they have a special code that you enter into the charging station that gives you a percentage off). I didn't know that - so lost out on a bit of a saving. Not the end of the world though. The room was fine, had everything you need in it for a budget hotel stay. Nice view as well, worth paying a few quid extra for that if you're staying for more than one night. Breakfast is at the Beefeater next door - and it was great each morning we had it. Cooked to order and really good for the price. However the Beefeater place itself looks really tired and much in need of an upgrade. Service was great though. It's a short walk to the Media City which has some great pubs and eateries. I recommend The Alchemist and 11 Central. Old Trafford not that far of a walk. Try out The Lowry and The National War Museum.

Very cold room No heating first night and window open when we arrived despite it being 1 degree C outside. Staff full of excuses but no solutions on night one when we did not get much sleep. Second night better but weekend ruined

A decent overnight stay in a good Premier Inn. It was clean, spacious and fairly modern. We had 2 family rooms for our party of 6 and we were allocated rooms next to each other. Beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and the shower worked well. Only 2 poor things whilst we were there, at breakfast the veggie options were poor and in the hotel there was lots of noise from other guests both in their rooms and running up and down the corridors (I understand the hotel cant do anything about that!).
