We hired the house for a weekend stay for a group of 20, 16 adults and 4 young children. We also hired the two apartments that are part of the building with separate access. It was an ideal set up as we could accommodate the whole group with en-suite bathrooms and large communal areas to mingle. We had our own caterers and the owners helpfully assisted them with the entire set up. The owners were very amendable to special requests which made the whole weekend easy for us to enjoy. Both the house and gardens are exceptional with an intimate family feel. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. We had agreed with the owners to host our small wedding with private caterers. The event was a massive success, no doubt because of the kindness and hospitality of both Chris and Nadia who run the Priory. We would definitely stay there again and all our guests commented on the homeliness of the house and beauty of the views. For this price point there is nothing comparable. We will definitely look to come back again. Chris and Nadia are wonderful hosts who are a true credit to the hospitality industry.

A lovely B&B in a very peaceful environment but still close to the city center. They manage to make you fell at home with their personal touch in service and interior decoration. Definitely recommend to stay here and enjoy the beautiful countryside of Hereford.

We hired the whole of The Priory for my mum's surprise 60th birthday gathering. The house was beautiful and was even better in person than the photos. We were a group of 17 (13 adults, 2 children and 2 infants) and we had more than enough space for us all across the main house and the 2 adjacent apartments. The house was clean and tidy and the kitchen / dining area had everything we needed to cater for ourselves with plenty of room at the table for us to all eat together. The views from the house were beautiful and the large garden meant that we could play outdoor games and were able to hire a hot tub for our stay. Overall we had an amazing stay and would love to stay again. We would 100% recommend the house hire at The Priory.

A house, a former rectory, that is full of character. Ideal for a family gathering such as the celebration of an 80th birthday. All bedrooms en suite with comfortable double beds, including one room that can be adapted as a twin bedder.. The Priory provided all that is needed for self-catering with a large kitchen/diner. Also has a large lounge, a snug/bar and one ground floor toilet. Be aware, this property has lots of stairs! . The two self-contained flats have their own separate access. Plenty of parking. Nadia and Chris have been very helpful and happy to provide local information such as details of a good local florist.

I hired the whole house (including both apartments) to celebrate my 50th weekend with friends. 16 ladies in total on a self catering basis. We were totally blown away by how lovely it was. The photos don't do it justice! The open plan kitchen, lounge and "snug bar" are perfect for entertaining. Every room has an ensuite and it looks like it has been fairly recently refurbished as each bedroom and ensuite was decorated to a very high standard. Not too expensive either (compared to similar sized properties in the surrounding counties of Worcestershire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire.) Only downside was that all the bedrooms (except one) were doubles rather than twins so all us ladies had to share a bed. Therefore it might be better suited for couples rather than "same sex" friends. Having said that, Nadia and Chris did their best by putting up all the sofa beds available, so we had the option to use those should we so wish. They also provided a lovely home made cake which went down very well. There is a nice walk to Stretton Sugwas pool from the property and Credenhill Woods are nearby. We hired a private chef for the Saturday evening (Your Plate or Mine) which was delicious and they were very professional. Overall highly recommend The Priory for house hire.

Stayed here a few times over the course of a few month's whilst working in the area. Room was always spotless, check-in process very easy. Breakfast was amazing everytime. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

What an amazing hen party venue. We came on 22nd May weekend and it was amazing. Rooms are lovely, has its own bar where some of the hens made cocktails. So clean , kitchen massive and garden. Everything 5 star about it. We were able to decorate but just no confetti balloons which was fine. Lady who owns was lovely and didn’t push us out at 11. Recommended this to a few people
