The hotel had everyhing we needed, was clean and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

The hotel is one of the few hotels open in winter. The town is not big. Summer is the peak tourist season. It is located on a small hill. The Portuguese guy at the front desk is very nice. The heating in winter is also very powerful and it is very clean and tidy.

Booked two rooms, one with a beautiful view. The breakfast is very rich, with hot and cold food. The bathroom is large and well heated. The room is big enough to open two 28-inch suitcases and take them around.

I chose to stay in this town because of the Walter Mitty movie. There are very few hotel options, so I chose this Icelandic chain brand. The bed is really too small, I am not used to sleeping in such a small bed. There is a delicious burger restaurant nearby, and there is also a bonus supermarket very close~ However, the hotel is full of warning signs of various regulations, rules, fines, etc., which seems to be impersonal

The hotel is in a good location, with a view of the snow-capped mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, and is directly opposite the church. The layout of the room is rather low-end, with a yellow carpet that is hard to tell whether it is clean or not, and the walls are also black. While traveling in Iceland, I stayed at three foss hotels and I was satisfied with all of them. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is satisfactory. If I travel again, I think Pos Hotel will be my first choice.

Compared with Foss Hotel in Myvatn, this one is inferior. The room is also much smaller. Fortunately, it is a chain hotel, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast was almost the same as the one in Myvatn the day before. I have no feelings for foreign breakfasts anymore. I miss Chinese pancakes, fried dough sticks and soy milk.

The decoration is very retro. Fosshotel is considered to be a relatively large hotel chain in Iceland. The service is impeccable. The hotel price is relatively high. The triple room is very comfortable even with an extra bed. The breakfast variety is also good. You can also pay for a package lunch.
