Nice place to stay, near to airport, restaurants, and supermarket. The hotel toilet is a bit smelly and the air-conditioning is noisy. Nice and warm hotel.

Good location
Very convenience to eat,shopping .All the shop is just the corner.Mamak restaurant, Econsave just 2 minit walking from the hotel.

i booked and paid for a family room (1 Queen bed + 1 single bed) but i was given a superior room (1 bed only). The reason given was all family rooms were fully booked and occupied. The staff said there is a faulty in the booking system (third party like Trip.Com). The staff said I was lucky enough since there was only one superior room available. I am surely lucky since my daughter need to go back to Johor. Just left me and my wife. Otherwise the room is not enough for us (3 of us).
overall about the hotel was good, just the booking incident is a bad experience for me. I booked and paid for a family room but was given a superior room.

Room was spacious, and very clean. Linens were also of good quality. Room however not soundproof, and you could hear noisy housekeeping sound in the morning.
