Reviews of Swing & Pillows @ USJ Taipan

I am very disappointed with the after-service. I booked a room for my friend from China, and he paid a deposit for the room. However, until today, he has still not received the refund. I have already called several times to request an update, but now my calls and WhatsApp messages are blocked. Even though the PIC (person in charge) gave me his personal number, I sent him a message two weeks ago regarding the refund and received no response at all. I don’t understand what happened. The refund amount is not large, but I don’t see why the service is handled this way. My friend is very disappointed with this issue — no one answers the phone calls, and my WhatsApp messages remain unread (only one tick). The PIC has also ignored my messages completely. With service like this, how can I recommend this place to my overseas friends in the future? It’s very disappointing that there is still no refund and only excuses with no proper follow-up.

Very beautiful room and clean. Spacious with good price, reasonable. Got a lot of shops nearby. Recommended

Location is great with lots of restaurants/eatery outlets & minimarts nearby. Bath-towels in room rather “yellowish”,needs to be replaced/upgraded. TV remote can’t be used without batteries provided. I stayed for 3D/2N. No room cleaning on 2nd.day despite reminding reception counter 2 times!

Is a budget hotel and nothing much to say about . Overall is ok for a business traveler .

Bathroom was so dirty, housekeeping never clean the toilet, stains on bed…..

Convenient location for USJ/Taipan area, which has many good eating places and all other services/shops. No lift so if one has heavy bags it can be a bit difficult. Otherwise good budget hotel.

Front door couldnt be lock properly, bed has bed bugs, toilet has roaches and is very smelly

Big & clean room. My room is facing road and window latch unable to close tight therefore can’t really sleep.

There's only stairs to get to the rooms at 2nd floor, quite inconvenient for the elderly. There's no electric kettle. The cleaniness of the room and bathroom needed to be improved.
