"My family and I stayed here in August 2026 for a 3D2N stay. On our second day, we left early after breakfast to visit Zoobic Safari and explore SBMA. I am 100% certain I left my Samsung earbuds on my bedside table, but when we returned in the evening, they were gone. Dealing with security was the worst experience we’ve had vacationing at this resort."

"This has been our favorite hotel to stay in subic. Tho our recent stay is not as pleasant as before. Had a minor problem with our room but the front desk ( Sir JP ) was so kind enough to resolve the issue and as usual the staff are so nice and professional especially at the restaurant. I hope segara suites will upgrade and renovate the rooms as it needs a major upgrade on everything. All in all this place will be our first option in Subic."
