The shower had black mold everywhere, we asked it to be cleaned but they said they had no one to do this and then turns around and ignored us. Stay away from this location  Sudbury 50 Brady  I also had the same experience in North Bay  Poorly run establishment, no longer corporate owned or run. All privet owned and run This was our go to place to stay, formally the Northburry Inn, unfortunately this will be our last time,  The breakfast dining was also a mess, no clean tables to sit at, the host watches us clean our own table.

Ideal if you're looking to purely sleep there and leave. Some bugs in our room, a broken light switch and some visible nicks, dents and damage. Largely fine overall for the price

The breakfast menu could have been better. No sausages for breakfast. The beds were not made for the days we were out of the motel. Only towels were changed each day.

no bathtub, but the service was good. Free breakfast was normal.

The staff was not very friendly upon arrival. Front desk staff requires more patience with guests.
