這家酒店是本次黑龍江10天旅行中，最差的感受。訂房時平台顯示12點退房，我們也沒意見，不打算延期。酒店前台又是電話、又是敲門提醒退房，也接受和遵從。收拾完行李到達前台時，是12：10分，前台一定要加收半天房費！神奇吧？！奇葩吧？！你説延遲了很長時間，那是不尊重和遵從酒店及平台規定，晚了10分鐘，而且態度堅決且惡劣。見我們打12315投訴，負責人出來了，好大情面，給免了這半天房費。
吐槽之二：隔壁房間半夜瘋狂地鬧，幾次被驚醒。打電話去前台，説是接親的，也理解，不投訴了，無話可説了，可這前台就不能安排到其他房間嗎？當時酒店至少4/5的房間是空着的。

去過不是這一次，房嫂就跟你欠她多少錢一樣，態度也太差了，住好幾天換一次床單被罩就，拉拉個臉沒好態度，看見她那臉真是掃興，屋裡的衞生桌子的煙灰都不擦，糊弄完就拉倒

實在誇無可誇，房間比較舊，服務比較無有，無所謂好壞有個優點，離市委市政府比較近，辦事比較方便。其實一直不明白，綏化為什麼大部分賓館比較舊呢？
