It is considered a better hotel in Suijiang, with convenient parking and complete room facilities, but one bed sheet is stained. I didn't call the waiter to deal with it because it was a double bed. There was a sudden power outage on the night of check-in, but the hotel turned on the generator in time, which is generally recommended.

酒店很不錯，在半山腰上，有個平台風景很美。美中不足的是，如果你住四樓的話，三樓有麻將室，噪聲比較大，另外三樓的煙味會從樓下窗户飄上來，所以請緊閉門窗。

春節遊了馬湖，順便來看看金沙江邊的小城綏江，來之前做了功課比較了下綏江當地幾家酒店，這家酒店可靠一點，實際體驗還不錯。

服務：前台收銀員，服務態度好，很貼心，還有糖果吃。服務員看到我們，隨時都問好，服務很不錯👍🏻
環境：我買的是五樓的房間，樓下就是棋牌室，外面天台的風景美，坐在這裏喝喝茶，聊聊天，心情很愉悦
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔
這次入住的很愉快，下次有機會還會來，推薦大家來華美酒店住

體驗最差的一次，早晨5點多趕動車，結果前台的服務員搬着手指頭也數不出來總共住了幾天，一個清單折騰了將近20分鐘，還能打出11月31號！！！還需要顧客去教服務員數數！無語之極！

華美是整個縣城最穩妥的酒店，流程規範，服務標準，位置也很方便，停車，打車都方便，步行範圍內吃喝都可以解決，往下走一點也可以到江邊，這次來感覺華美住夠了，換了一個酒店，住了兩晚，最終因為種種不愉快最後一晚換回了華美。以後來還是會繼續住華美了。
