總體入住感覺很差，攜程網上訂房，到前台入住時，安排房型與訂單上不符，要求更換，客房人員帶着我從5樓到三樓，提供房間不是貨不對版就是要加錢入住，搞了半個小時實在太累了，就選了一個房間先住下，後來前台告知需要加錢升級這個房型，按照之前其他酒店慣例，如果沒有對應房型，要免費為了顧客升級房間，不知道這個酒店是什麼樣的服務理念。後期就一直強調最開始給我開的房間就是我預訂的房型，我拿出照片給他們看，他們説個別房型可能有區別。真是無語了。並且酒店衞生條件比較差，看的其中一個房間黴味很重，窗簾都是泥土印子。

房間衞生一般，感覺衞生間洗漱台都沒好好打掃過，看過一些污垢。但是想着也衹睡一晚上就算了。環境跟前台服務也一般。最氣人的人不知道為什麼，第二天出去逛一圈回來後發現房卡刷不開房間門了，打電話給前台前台解釋是房卡消磁（但是我們旁邊好多個客人都説刷不開門），説了房間號之後等了半天來了一個四樓的阿姨，結果説不是一個樓層刷不開（明明已經説了是三樓哪個房間為什麼還要派四樓的阿姨來。），

酒店前身是ibis，但是應該是達不到要求出局了，不過好在價格實惠，也沒有太多必要過於挑剔。作為百元級別有免費車庫，提供有償早餐服務也還可以了。早餐是和旁邊的另外四家酒店一起合營的，人很多，早餐也很一般，衹能説湊合吃，畢竟雙早才貴不到30塊錢，價格決定一切。
