衞生：很乾凈整潔
服務：工作人員也很耐心，主動提醒用餐時間，泡湯時間
禮贈雙人温泉門票:泉水很暖和，最喜歡兩個大池子，喜歡游泳
環境：房間外面景色也很好

禮贈雙人温泉門票:帶娃兒來的。
首先大玻璃窗感覺還不錯，其次床就是小點如果改為一米八大床就好了。
房間離温泉區域很久，也很好找。免費停車，車停在酒店下面，還是比較安靜。

用攜程這麼多年，第一次遇到酒店管理成這個樣子，真的很無語！空調完全沒有效果，形同虛設，冷了一晚上，晚上洗澡水温太低，叫服務員來看，就説了一句這個房間隔得有點遠了，水温就是這個樣子，然後就走了，我暈，什麼態度！如此經營，心安理得嗎？

先説好的，看得出來是一個經典温泉，設備選址都不錯，服務人員很熱情，周邊環境很好，早餐雖然種類少但也吃得飽。温泉水不錯，雖然池子不多但是有按摩池很舒服，小朋友有熱水小樂園。雖然房間有點破舊但是睡眠相關的衞生還是有保障，比周邊民宿好。
但是細節很不到位，比如熟膠拖鞋的臭味。。比如床墊不太舒服。。
整體還是推薦吧。

熱水來的很慢，不是很熱，酒店前台説是温泉水，所以不是很熱。早餐還不錯，服務態度還可以，温泉也不錯。距離景區比較近，會推薦給別人。

四、五百一間的房間，一進門首先是馬桶蓋上全是尿漬，十分噁心。最奇葩的是沐浴露是臭的，應該是過期變質了，也是第一次遇上這種臭的沐浴露。早餐品種非常少。温泉水也是非常臟，可以泡的池子很少，離譜的是游泳池的水是燙的，根本遊不了。比小童區的水還要燙。花千來元玩這裏實在不值得，下次再也不會來了。
