這是第一次到東戴河，在攜程上預訂了東戴河聖畔海岸酒店，酒店前台服務熱情周到，房間整潔乾淨，停車場很大，酒店前面就是大海，周邊各項服務設施也很全。特別值得點讚的是酒店餐廳，物美價廉，服務細緻，有一次點餐怕吃不了，和服務員一説，服務員説，吃不了沒關係，我們負責保存，你們來吃時再給你們加熱。這個酒店讓我們感覺到，什麼是賓至如歸。下次到東戴河還住這家酒店，謝謝你們的服務.

下次肯定不住了 服務太次！！！洗澡水是涼的！！！給服務前台打了好幾個電話 服務枱就會説讓我放水一會就熱！！！結果放了一個小時也不熱！衹能找攜程客服！經過攜程客服溝通！才過來！先説就這温度！請問熱水是多少度！！敷衍了事！後來又説閘掉了！讓我們先出去玩去！晚上回來就熱了！結果還是涼的！我還以為就我這屋是涼水呢！結果今天早上退房的時候好幾個人都在投訴！！房費快500了 您的服務上不去！請問您有什麼資格收這麼高的房費！早飯也是垃圾中的垃圾！雞蛋一人一個！限量！！！！幾個小菜！饅頭！！兩個粥！整個是糊弄！500的房費吃這個？以後肯定不回去！！！！！！
