今年十一跟家人來東戴河佳兆業 這邊民宿很多，這次選擇大二期的房間，離海邊稍遠，開車比較方便。相比之下，比上次住的稍小，但這個帶一個露台，非常喜歡 這個房間正對大海，晚上可以看見煙花🎆 第二天上午，坐在露台上，陽光直接照進來，非常愜意！

猶豫有事，出發晚了，店主特別好一直等着我們到夜裡，把海邊市場 我們需求的定位一次都發給我們了，特別人性化，態度很好，房間乾淨，免費升級了。投影很清晰，可以帶小狗，停車外邊大的停車場不遠，小區內比較緊張，開車去各地都很方便，停車都是免費的

還可以吧，還是衞生多打掃打掃。桌上開始我以為是膠了。鋪上桌布一看黏糊糊的可能是上一家蹭的奶油。床上。沙發頭髮也多。鋪自己傳單睡得，總體還可以吧。趕上海大潮。被海蜇蟄了，東戴河海水不乾淨。主家人挺好

高層公寓開闢了幾層做為酒店，設施還是很全的，洗衣機由於沒帶洗衣液，沒有使用，二期的視線被一期擋住了不少，通過樓層的縫隙還是可以看到大海的，海邊可以燃放煙花，不要錯過啊。需要去酒店需要進小區，這是我問保安才找到的，車位緊張，小區門口有很多停車區，去海邊可以開車去一期小區停放。海水太黃，我沒有下水。小區二號門口餐飲很多。

總體滿意，房型大小、衞生，較為舒適，服務也很好。可能是在遼寧緣故，總體人煙較少；加上前台不在大廳、晚上無走廊和電梯間電燈故障有些讓人害怕。但離海灘近，海灘處可以看煙花（附圖是海灘煙花）。

第一次去東戴河，從北京駕車約4小時，到了感覺非常舒服，老闆有事必答，有免費的沙灘遊玩公寓，下樓出小區就有各式各樣的吃的，不愁沒地方吃飯，房間也很Nice，老闆安排的能遠觀海的房間，住在19層高瞻遠矚！還是佳兆業靠譜！不給好評都説不過去，這次照片拍少了😂八月底還要去，根本就沒住夠🤓🥳🥳
