The room did not have a balcony it was built closed with windows, could only see the sea view when you stand at the window and it was obstructed by newly built apartments. I booked the Family Twin room, which states 2 Queen beds and located on 34F. The room was on 16th floor and I had 1 queen bed and 1 sofa opened up to a bed. The windows were not clean, still had fingers and had marks from previous renters, the kettle was broken so the boiling water spilled and burned me. The pots provided were dirty from previous use, the basin tap in the bathroom was too close to the basin so I had to use a cup to rinse my mouth, and the shower head points at the door that does not seal properly, so after a shower the room is flooded with water.
