車子停進去，被人惡意用鑰匙劃了一道半米很深的印子，找酒店解決。讓我自己去找監控，讓我報警解決
第一，出現問題不想着解決問題先互相推諉
第二，解決問題也衹是很敷衍，電話打半天，李總不想處理這個事情
第三，監控大家可以用眼睛看到是有的，前台説可以監控，監控不一定開着。大家眼睛是瞎了？你那麼大一個酒店監控放在那裡當做擺設？
第四，負責人出來也就是做做戲，調監控讓我自己看，監控特別模糊，讓我買個監控自己回家慢慢看。友情建議我們報個保險，或者報警解決。
普通老百姓維權真的好難啊，沒事咱有時間和精力哈
