設施：訂的是筱泉灣的套房，實際辦理入住是在自在谷，然後早餐也是自在谷的餐廳吃，兩個地方距離2公里，還是有一段距離的。筱泉灣有自己的活動中心和餐廳但是都沒有開放
衞生：都還可以 有點點黴味 不過這種環境難免都有點的 早上發現廁所有個手掌大的蜘蛛🕷️還是有點犯怵的
環境：挺好的
服務：滿意！找酒店不認路給他們打電話三秒就接聽了 空調不會用 聯繫他們微信也馬上回復 安排客房大姐過來幫忙操作 整體體驗都很不錯

#衞生酒店在風景區裏面有蚊蟲很正常我們可以理解，但一晚上我們打死了20+的飛蛾真的也是很糟心。白天房間需要開窗通風我們也理解，但如果做不到及時在顧客入住前關窗，那至少花點錢安裝個紗窗吧。四百多的房費不至於連紗窗也捨不得安吧。#性價比很一般#床偏軟床品乾淨度一般床單上有黑點也比較潮#位置交通在大洪山風景區裏面，位置肯定還是沒的説。風景區裏面是真好看。#服務大堂服務看上去有模有樣，態度很好很禮貌，但真的住進去了打前台要求解決一些問題卻解決不清白。可能因為是十一假期酒店旺季太忙了，都讓做清潔的阿姨來解決，阿姨根本也弄不明白……

去了後換成了自在谷，酒店非常好，前台都是高顏值有禮貌的，非常熱情。院內環境和住的環境也很好，開窗見景，室內温度適宜，晚上非常安靜。另外酒店內部餐廳吃的牛肉火鍋分量非常多，圖片就是的。提醒大家千萬別去自在谷酒店前面旁邊的那一排農家樂吃飯，都是宰客的，同樣168價位的牛肉連自在谷酒店一半分量都沒有，而且衹是一個小鍋仔。最後分享幾張大洪山風景，以後來還住自在谷這幾家，各方面有保障。

值得強烈推薦的酒店，離大榕樹廣場很近，晚上可以出來散步看看星星；下樓就可以去湖邊走走，一線天也在對面；房間鄰湖風景好陽台就可以觀景，適合休閑遊；早餐也不錯，服務員態度也好，家人很滿意，大洪山景點不多適合在酒店玩耍

非常涼爽的夏日之旅，度假村在景區裏開車18公里，都是山路，很有駕駛樂趣，酒店還蠻乾淨，訂房送景點門票，送早餐，酒店旁邊有家老趙私房菜館還可以真正的農家菜，明年還會再去的

客服漂亮熱情專業，大洪山風景名勝區橫卧江漢，氣勢磅礴，風光秀麗，擁有豐富的自然景觀和人文景觀。“華中第一樹”千年古銀杏，歷經蒼桑，是大洪山鎮山之寶。

酒店還是相當不錯的，周圍山水如畫，空氣宜人，温度適宜。酒店的建築也有中式風格，是別墅。房間內設施齊全，佈局合理。周圍有花有樹，好吧，還包含兩張大洪山景區的門票，免費早餐也不錯，值得這個價。
