Stayed here from 4 to 5 July 2022. The staff from main gate, reception to resto were so friendly and nice. Although the hotel still recovered from the covid pandemic but they could gave great service and facilities. The room was spacious and clean, but need attention to small details. The breakfast menu were various and good taste. The swimming pool a little dirty when I stayed in weekday. The kids corner located in resto and the garden there's no playground anymore. But overall I will recommended this hotel and I would like to say thanks to the hotel staffs and management.

Before the pandemic the service was excellent and i keep coming here occasionally. But when i came today 2 january 2023 14.11PM the Front Desk Staff (Male) Mr. ARI is so Rude! The way he talk is inappropriately than retaliation person in a high tone! Should be teach some manner and training before jump in at the front office. He ask to add charge for the room IDR 37.000 which is i already paid from tiket.com, well i just paid the additional charge and still need change IDR 1.000 and he hold me because he doesnt have the IDR 1.000?! Dude i also put deposit IDR 100.000 so whats the hold up for 1.000 to prevent me check in?! You can take from it! This is major madness! As Hotelier specially im manage the same division thats why i can see this is not good! Be my guest if my experience is not true! Thanks for the hospitality im smart enough to avoid check in at this hotel no more.

The hotel seems not used with guests from Trip, so makes sure you just say your full name. There's a cafe / pub right beside the hotel so the live music that can be heard from the room isn't what you really want if you like quiet space. It's cheap anyway.
