There are 2 hotels of the same brand within 1 mile, and I went to the wrong one at first, saying that I couldn't find the reservation information.
The hotel provides cooking utensils. If you want to cook by yourself, you can really consider it. There is no special place for breakfast. The front desk said that it is not breakfast, but a snack. Coffee, cereal, and muffin are provided

older hotel badly in need of renovation. No in room cooking supplies, staff unaware of getting supplies, no gym, no pool, Apparently homeless/ or under served people living there long term. Scary and poorly run. Tragedy next to a major mall.
Needs to be gutted and renewed ? housing or elder care apartments

Johnny was very helpful and accommodating when I checked in. This is a very reasonable hotel to spend a night in, in an area where hotels are extremely expensive. The Fair Oaks mall is literally across the street making it convenient for shopping or getting a bite to eat.

Aside from being right off a pretty confusing stretch off multi-highway, multi-level, multi-lane, multi-exit ramps, being surrounded by toll roads (you have to pay to use the freeway here, 66 and 495, 24/7), and the seemingly incessant heavy traffic… the hotel itself is great! I mean it. And not having to drive to the mall or a coffee shop really might save years of your life compared to driving anywhere for. any. thing. any. time.

This is a total dump which should be closed. Dirty, smells horrible, run down, rude staff, breakfast was a joke, no attempt to clean my room during my stay. The room had used sheets when I checked in, the towels were old and worn out. The hotel association should not allow people to do business like this.
