Home2 Suites by Hilton Summerville

Room was just okay. AC wasn’t working and finally got them to switch rooms after 2 days. Drain in shower was uncovered with sharp middle which was reported but never addressed. Certainly not our favorite place.

Our short stay was enjoyable We were there to perform a concert at Montreaux  Bar and Grill Every thing was good  Staff was friendly and helpful

everything is good

Brand new and clean hotel. Quite hours were not enforced, though, as children were laughing and screaming late at night. Also, the electric blind (blackout) was not working.

The staff was very friendly and super nice, always willing to help. It was a beautiful change from what we had gotten use to. The room was clean and looked retro, it was pretty neat.

The staff were friendly, and both service and cleanliness were good. It would be better to have a more diverse breakfast menu.

Although the room was decently clean, you can tell it is an older property. A lot of rust and scuff stains in the shower. The grout looked moldy. The AC was incredibly loud. Breakfast was generally picked over by the time I went downstairs so I just ate elsewhere.

It was exactly what we were looking for. We needed a few more pillows and the staff provided. The breakfast was awesome. We’re definitely staying there again.
