Hilton Garden Inn Summerville

Was there for a quick stay and everything was good.

Wonderful stay

Pulled up to the hotel and half of it is under construction. Asked the staff specifically if it would be noisy due to the construction and she replied with “yes, you will hear the construction, they work 8-5 Monday thru Friday.” I immediately said that was unacceptable and left. Called ******* immediately stating we were having to book another room somewhere else. ******* then responded with saying that the refund will be up to the hotel. Well, we were notified that we would not receive a refund. Contacted the hotel multiple times with no response back from the manager. If a location is under construction that needs to be said in the description and available before booking.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. Location was perfect for restaurants and general shopping. Walmart and Target close by. A great experience stay here.

My stay was for three nights. Housekeeping only cleaned my room once and only after I complained. Will not think of staying again at this property.

The only thing I didn't like was not receiving towels when asked and room didn't get cleaned even though I had to check out early due to an emergency

Pathetic location got locked out the next morning after eating breakfast could took maintenance 45 minutes to break the door in, we almost missed an important meeting came back later that day door still did not work they moved us to another room employee at the front desk was a total piece of garbage telling me we have to deal with it basically

Great hotel. However doing construction around the back where the pool was definitely cut in a little to the relaxing but friendly staff and great bar!
