Place was clean, room was huge bed was comfortable. I asked if I could get wash clothes for 2 days and never received them. Food was ok.

Our stay was great except inside the hotel, the weather was awful all Friday and Saturday, and the property still wasn’t plowed as of Saturday evening, it made it pretty messy and dangerous in the parking lot.

I have stayed here before and will stay here again. Location, parking, staff, room, breakfast - all were terrific.
Not so great:
Satellite TV connection makes little sense in a snowbelt. Reception was awful.
The thermostat controls were a big problem for me. The unit is located at belt height, but that is its best feature. No text on the unit, just tiny hieroglyphics. I had to guess how to use it (no property guidebook in room), and I guessed wrong. You would think that turning up the temperature would be a no-brainer, that it would be set at that temperature. No. For two nights in a row, I woke up freezing. The thing had allowed the temperature to dive back into the mid 60's! I'd bump it back up, and two hours later the same thing! And no extra blankets in hotels anymore.
As much as I love the hotel overall (see above), if this happens again, I'm done.

Everything was very clean. The bathroom and shower were also very clean. Thank you!
There was a lot of snow outside, definitely more than 3 inches, and it needed to be plowed. That was the only thing that needed to happen but it didn't cause us too much trouble.

Only thing we had an issue with was the room temperature.
It got in the low 60's as the thermostat would keep the heat off.

As a whole not bad, only complaint was mini fridge only got cool
spoke with front desk twice 1st time
Was told it takes a while to cool down, second was service was unavailable,
Was an inconvenience only :)

This property is well maintained and clean. It has a nice sitting area in the front and breakfast is available until 9 am. Great place to stay

The room was very spacious and the customer service at the front counter and also at the breakfast area was excellent. Very polite and welcoming.
