Location is perfect -- near shopping and restaurants. Service was great. We were greeted with hot chocolate and lots of additions as we arrived. Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool. Everything we wanted for a weekend getaway.

When we pulled back the covers of our bed, we found used, dirty tissues on top of the fitted sheet. It was obvious that the housekeeper had just remade the bed from the previous occupant. We called the front desk and the clerk promptly brought clean linen. However, we had to remake the bed ourselves. We brought this up to the clerk again on checkout, but they said there was nothing they could do since we booked the room through your app. This is major breakdown on both parties. How easy to point the finger at each other?

This was a wonderful overnight spot on our cross country move with two cats. Pet friendly (platform bed meant the cats couldn’t get underneath, which was a plus!), clean, well maintained, updated bathroom, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed over to attend some work functions and to have a quiet hotel away from the larger group. The hotel was so nice, and the people working were professional and helpful. The lady at the bar was super nice, the breakfast staff and food were wonderful, and the room was cozy and spacious.
