Rooms were spacious.Breakfast and service was good too. even though location is isolated from shops and eateries they had a free shuttle running from 5pm till 9:30pm to Burbank downtown. Couldn’t really hear the traffic noise despite being next to the highway. Definitely stay here again in future.

The front desk helps with parking and picking up the car. The TV box had no signal and was repaired later, and the brand of the air conditioner was not working. It was near the road, so it was a bit noisy.

We were traveling back home from visiting our son and family in northern LA, and we wanted to find a hotel that had a shuttle to the Burbank airport. This place turned out to be perfect. We needed to return a rental car, and they sent an Uber to pick us up from the airport. They also have a morning shuttle back to the airport. And at 6:00 pm they serve milk and cookies. They offer a breakfast that we couldn’t use because of our flight, but they offer to go bags for people like us,

Christinia Taylor (Sales Manager) at this property was empathetic and very customer-oriented. We arrived only the second day of our booking due to a delayed flight. Although we had a non-refundable booking, Christinia was very understanding of our plight and waived our first night's payment. Excellent customer-service from Christinia. Although I thought the valet parking would be inconvenient and require waiting for them to get our car, it was quite the contrary. I texted them each time I was leaving my room and the car was already at the front by the time I arrived there. Breakfast is good but would like to see them use eco-friendly plates, cups, spoons/forks, etc. Too much garbage was generated each morning. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation and Studio room looked bigger in the pics than it was in reality. Neighborhood is quite and appears safe. Overall a good stay and value for money compared to alternatives. I would recommend it.

Staff was friendly. Since the shuttle wasn't running when we were there, a Lyft was provided to us as needed. Staff was friendly. The room was nice. Our view was mainly I-5, but that was fine for my inner road geek. Breakfast lacked meat, and I don't eat eggs, so if you want meat, you'll need to go elsewhere. However, they had the delicious blueberry scones. Also, there is a 7-Eleven in walking distance, so snack wise, if the hotel didn't have it, you didn't have far to go. It is close to the airport, so I would stay again.

Stayed here with my family while in town to visit with friends and absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the Burbank International Airport and in a well trafficked part of town. The entrance is well marked and the parking is Valet ONLY. The valet cost is now $25/day PLUS $2.50/Day for taxes, plus any tips you elect to give the attendants. I found that ALL of the valet attendants were extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. I normally do not like when hotels charge for parking, and this is an issue for me, since the Diamond Honors parking is marked, but not available. it would appear that at one point, this hotel may have had park-on-your own options and replaced it. The entire staff at the hotel was simply top notch from the check in team, to the breakfast host, the housekeeping and the person replacing the towels at the pool. Everyone was simply the best. We got to the hotel a few hours early, but they let us check in since our room was available. I honestly cannot say anything but great things for the staff at this location. Breakfast in the morning was your typical Hampton Inn fare of waffles, some sort of breakfast meat (sausage every day of our stay), an egg-like substance, cereal, potatoes, and breakfast pastries. We ate it 2 out of the 3 days we were there and it was okay. The only down side to this hotel is there was a wedding party there during our stay and they were extremely loud. We could hear them running through the halls and being generally disruptive after 100am. Not something the hotel did, but something to be aware of as the walls were thinnish and you could hear other rooms' conversations very easily. The price is not cheap. You're looking at somewhere between $200-$350/night (I blame California) and that's a very expensive entry-level mid tier hotel. Overall, we would definitely stay here again for the staff, but we will be making financial sacrifices for that decision later this month.

Average lodging with good beds and large rooms. Poor location. Need transportation to get anywhere including Universal Studios. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the Airport which comes in handy. There is a 7-Eleven close by. It is in front of the weber university

I absolutely LOVE it here!!❤️!! Gisela @ the front desk very welcoming & efficient! Walter that parked my car/ Valet-AMAZING!! You could self park across the street.., but your car would be vandalized. Take advantage of the in & out SAFE Valet service…. Really a terrific job. Nice warm breakfast. I’m a Hilton Diamond guest who was treated as such. First time here… it won’t be my last. Attending a Royal Ball @ Disney Studios. I’m Cinderella doing Laundry up the road… but soon will feel special… I didChecking in

Reservation was confirmed. Room was clean and ready. Great continental breakfast. Warm cookies in the evening. We felt welcome. Valet service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The place is 30 minutes away from universal with out traffic. Rooms are small. The coffee maker was dirty. You have to let the front desk know if your hilton members and let them know if you want your room to be clean the next day otherwise they don’t clean your room. They do have fresh baked cookies from 6to 8pm for free. Pool are small. It’s a small place after all. No parking valet a available $25 per night plus tax. Bottom line stay somewhere else. You won’t like this place for the price you paid.
