Great hotel.. 2nd stay with our pug .. we are live it there.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a stunning sea view right in front of us. The room was warm, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was great, and the hot tub was perfectly warm, adding to the relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, stunning location and friendly helpful staff. Stayed with my son and went to the Sam Fender gig at St James Park. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

I stay at the Grand regularly when in the area, it's a great location and well priced.

The pool and the jacuzzi is lovely. the view from the room is gorgeous. However, The hotel staff not use to got booking from Ctrip, can't recognise my booking when I check in and went to the dinner.

My favourite hotel in Sunderland. Perfect location overlooking beach. Lovely big room.

Hotel was perfect , fab location and brilliant service.

I have been going to the grand hotel for 30 years but did not enjoy it this time its looking a bit run down carpets look like they need replacing chairs in rooms falling to bits could smell **** coming out my room i think its time to spend money on hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel, Sunderland. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
