Hilton Garden Inn Sunderland Reviews

Would definitely recommend this hotel. We come back to this hotel every time we are in Sunderland. Great to have shops like Tesco and B&M and McDonald’s walking distance. The hotel has free parking.

Bed was not ready completely and had to wait for about 25 mins despite checking very late. When enquired, no satisfactory response was provided

I originally booked in Expidia but couldn't find the host and the customerwas service just canceled the booking. I radomly booked this hotel and found out it's the only lucky thing that night. Friendly staff and comfotable room made us have a good rest.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient for self-driving tours, but it may not be convenient for non-self-driving people. In addition, the car needs to be parked at the stadium opposite, and there are many cars parked there during the day. The room is overall tidy, but the bathroom walls are a bit worse, but since there is basically no contact, it feels okay.

The room is large, the bathroom is spacious, and the price-performance ratio is high. The potato pancakes and sausages for breakfast are delicious

Hotel service attitude is very poor

Absolutely superb. Jonny, Lauren, Charlotte, Claire and Megan were all so very welcoming, friendly and spent time to talk to us as a family. The rooms were beautifully clean and the Karbon Grill food was outstanding. We can't wait to return, thank you for making it a perfect weekend!
