Beautiful rustic accomodation in a private, safe, and secure location. Peaceful and healing stay, cosy vibes at night. Walkable to the village and bukit panorama. We sprayed insect repellent to keep mozzies away. Aircon in the cabin was great and we enjoyed chilling outside our cabin and hanging out with the cat 🐱 so happy we visited Sungai Lembing because of this place 🏕️

No maintainence at all and over price for that condition. Paying 500 is not valuable based on current condition. Heater is not working properly, jacuzzi not funtion well, room too small, a bit messy .. sliding door stuck and hard to open…

The property is located quite far from the town, approximately a 30–40 km drive, and there are also cleanliness concerns. However, the worker there was very helpful and can do late check-in.

The hotel is very unique and comfort to stay, stay here if u come to Sg Lembing for leisure.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First of all, the facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was filthy, with stains everywhere, and insects crawling around. Even worse, I found bugs near the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable! Additionally, the water heater was unstable, constantly switching between hot and cold, making showering extremely unpleasant. The overall hygiene of the room made me question whether the hotel even bothers with regular cleaning and disinfection. This was by far the worst accommodation experience of my life. I strongly recommend that the hotel undergo a thorough renovation. Otherwise, no one would ever want to stay here a second time!

the cleaner is very rude！

The service was truly excellent. We checked in at 11 PM, and the staff member was very polite. He told us to call him when we arrived, and he would come and open the door for us. We were even upgraded to a room because the plumbing in our original room seemed to have a problem. Besides, we had also ordered BBQ supplies, and the staff member kindly asked if we had any aluminum foil. Since we hadn't brought any, he provided it for free. It was truly a very warm and welcoming experience.
