Ihot@l Sunny Beach

I arrived after 11pm but gad a quick check in the receptionist also offered to help get my case to my room, I understand why as the layout is a bit confusing in the beginning. My room was lovely & being late they had even provided water & a plate of food which I was grateful for after a long day. The staff who work here are very welcoming & friendly. There are lots of choices at the bar & the restaurant, although the food can be very similar day to day. The entertainment staff are very enthusiastic trying go get people involved with game etc. The evening entertainment acts are not the greatest but entertaining all the same. I used the spa which was very calm & relaxing. The pool is nice with lots of sunbeds although in the afternoon only a few beds get the sun after the sun moves around. The ihotel is not near the main sunny beach centre but can be accessed by a long walk or bus ride if the liveliness is wat you would like to do. There are still bars in walking distance but at this time of the year are closing up for the end of season. Overall I would highly recommend thus hotel & would come back again in a heartbeat. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and have had a fabulous holiday. Pro’s; Great location right by the beach and ***** and next to a fair for the kids that is reasonably priced (7lev per ride). Animation team work tirelessly and provide entertainment all through the day which is great for families - kids and adults. I’ve never seen a hotel as clean, rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel is always being cleaned throughout. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and the bar and restaurant staff work so hard to. Food is repetitive but there is always something to eat and it’s hot. We used the snack bar regularly by the pool for lunch. Drinks have a good variety with nice cocktails included. Great park for the kids. Swimming pool is fab and the slides were a big hit with my 5 and 7 year old. Foam party is great fun to on Wednesday and Saturday! Cons; There really aren’t many at all to be honest. There was minimal storage for clothes in the bedroom, for a family of 4 but we managed. The balcony is a little small again for a family of 4, but we were out of the room a lot so didn’t use it often anyway. We also ate out on the ***** at The Fat Cat bar and it was really tasty and great value for money. Around £50 (105lev) for 4 of us to eat and 2 drinks each. Overall we have had a great time here, it was our first time in Bulgaria and we will definitely be back as it’s fast become a favourite holiday location for our family.

Friendly staff always never to help u good range of food lots of kids clubs day and night nice pool area just 2 minutes from the beach and local bars and night life restaurants shows shops barbershop hairdressers . Boat taxi was good local taxi out side .

iHot@l is a hotel for families with children. Large, clean rooms with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The meals are plentiful and very varied. The hotel staff tries very hard to be close to the guests and to meet every wish. The best bartenders you could find here. Animators try to fill their free time. Worth visiting iHot@l. We will definitely come back here.

We stayed here for a week the hotel is clean and tidy rooms are nice beds made daily , we had a room ground floor over looking ****** didn’t hear much from that food just typical all inclusive plenty full maybe a be predictable lots of banana cake with a different frosting , always something to eat , snack food not so good unless u happy to eat pizza daily drinks plenty , Cocktails not so good presentation could do with an uplift , The paid restaurant well that’s just weird looks like it’s just bought up from a kitchen not worth paying for , Bar staff maybe need a smile guild all looked very board at being there activity staff oh wow rude if u don’t want to join in , need to learn people are there to relax as well , plenty sunbeds towels plenty full spar nice , two mins away from beach ur not beach front but just behind a hotel if trees weren’t there we could have seen a glimpse of the sea Would I go back maybe not , but that was more about Bulgaria than the hotel so hotel gets 7.5 out of 10 for me

Lovely room, obviously being August was busy with children, wouldn't recommend couples at this time. Guests made us feel uncomfortable because we had no children. Staff absolutely fantastic, so friendly. Evening entertainment finished early around 10pm, which was not a problem. Really enjoyed the variety of food. Would definitely return but probably when kids are back in school.

This was our first visit to the i hotel and it certainly didn’t disappoint us. The hotel is immaculate and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with really large beds. The pool area is lovely and we had no problem getting a sun bed, (although I think this maybe different in the peak summer months). We loved the snack bar at the pool. The lounge area on a night was quiet where we made 2 lovely new friends. We will be back.

Amazing hotel very clean and modern Staff are amazing including the animation team plenty for everyone to get involved with during the day like pool activities Food is good could do with being a little warmer Location of the hotel is very good only a short walk from the ***** where’s there’s plenty of shops and bars. They’re is a large Range of drinks available to to the guests Overall would definitely recommend this hotel

Had an amazing 7 night stay at Ihotel. Right on the front, 2 minute walk to the beach and right on the ***** of market stalls and bars. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and good choice of alcoholic drinks / cocktails on all inclusive. Room was spotless and we never struggled to get a sunbed. If you are vegetarian you might struggle having a meal as the food isn't a massive variety. Also they don't have a lot of sugar free drinks so if you're diabetic like my boyfriend is you will be stuck drinking water or coke zero.
