Reviews of Grand Hotel

I booked a room with two double beds for one night before heading to southern cities. We checked in at around 11pm. The reception staff was nice and check-in process was quick. The room was clean and without noise (we made a remark of requesting a room not facing El Camino Real). The mattresses were comfortable, although the pillows were too soft and low. The Bathroom is very spacious. Water speed is normal. Breakfast did not have a great variety of foods, but sufficient. Overall speaking, my hotel stay was money worthy, and will stay here again.

Clean & spacious rooms. Unlimited wine & beer from 5-6 pm for free, & plenty of free parking! Highly recommend.

Hotel was beautiful and would have been an amazing stay sadly the lights by the bed were not working and the fireplace was not working as well.

It is an excellent high quality hotel for the buck. Breakfast was also superb.

Large rooms. Easy front desk check in. They couldn't accommodate my request to switch from 2 queens to a king. Which was a bit disappointing since I'm a big man. But the staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet! I was able to utilize my fire stick on the TV. As the access was adequate. The breakfast was really good. The Omelette was done perfectly. Though you do have to ask the staff for an omelette. I've stayed here several times. Also their sister hotel The Cupertino Hotel many many times. I almost always enjoy my stay!

I have stayed many times, and always been satisfied. Very fine breakfast.

Overall good Sunnyvale city center

It's close to Silicon Valley and the nearby jays are pretty good. The facilities are a bit old, but it's okay for the price. However, it is best not to expect breakfast.

The villa room is nice, parking is convenient, the service is average, but I couldn't find where the gym is.

There is noise in the bathroom in the room, so you have to close the door to sleep; The mattress is too old and sinks in softly, causing back pain when sleeping; The entire breakfast content is as follows, too simple...; For daily cleaning service, even though I tipped, the number of towels decreased every day. Three people were only given one small towel. Is this for the sake of environmental protection? Overall, I'm very sorry for the price of thousands.

The room is large, the hygiene, environment and price are all the best value hotels in Silicon Valley.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment is dirty and dirty.
