The hotel is very run-down and not well maintained, with an overall old motel-style feel. The room showed several issues, including a door that did not close properly, very old carpeting, a loosely fixed toilet, heavy dust, stained sheets, and visible rust. Cleanliness was a concern, and I would not recommend this property for families or solo female travelers. There appeared to be limited staffing on site, which at times felt uncomfortable despite the presence of security cameras. The staff, however, were the only saving grace. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best within the limitations of the facility. Breakfast options were extremely limited, consisting mainly of pre-made microwave eggs, a waffle station, and basic breads and bagels. If you are staying one night solely to shop at Sawgrass and need an inexpensive option, this hotel may be acceptable. However, if you are looking to relax or enjoy the hotel itself, this would not be a suitable choice. The pricing is competitive for the area, so it may work for a short, no-frills stay, but expectations should be kept low.

The Hotel was good and easy accesible to Orlando, Fort Laudadale.

Great location. Super super friendly staff. All of them at the desk. Rooms need to be renovated. Smells old. But for the price you get wat you pay for

The room was very old and the bed was not very clean. Breakfast ended at nine o'clock. Fortunately there is a small supermarket next to it
