Great service from Front Office team, smooth check-in process and felt warm welcome by the team after hours of flight. Especially thanks to Franz from Concierge, he has been very friendly and passionate in sharing hotel facilities with us. The property is a bit tiring but still keeping the high standard of JW brand. Comfortable Stay, Though a Bit Dated I chose this hotel for my first night in Surabaya because of its top rating among premium options. While the decor feels a bit dated, the room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, reaching 20°C for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was nicely presented and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant stay.
