We arrived at the hotel 1.30pm and can't check in, so we wait till 2pm, but still can't! Finally we got the room at nearly 3pm!!! How can a hotel let a reserved guest waiting for 1 hour??? And when we get in, the towel had some dirt on it. Totally been pissed off for this booking and don't recommend at all!

Appropriate service etiquette,but Call service too slowly,
I pressed the service bell and asked for help to deliver water. I waited for about an hour before it was delivered.Accommodation for 2 people, but given 1 bath towel and 1 toothbrush.It is good for the greater good.
