Nestled in an enviable location, this hotel has rightfully earned its popularity among locals. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a team of amiable staff who extended a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and we highly recommend trying the in-house nasi goreng. The spacious rooms, while lacking in some amenities, were otherwise comfortable. However, we did notice a slight odor of dampness and dust that was slightly unpleasant. One minor quibble we had was with the lighting - the dimming lights were not strong enough to provide sufficient illumination, especially after sunset. Additionally, we were disappointed to find only one pair of slippers provided in the room despite booking for two guests in each of our two rooms. Was this a cost-cutting measure? Our biggest issue arose when we arranged for the hotel's car service to take us to the airport upon departure. The driver first dropped off our parents at the domestic terminal, but it wasn't until later that he informed us of an additional charge to take us to the international terminal - despite the short distance between them. We had already paid a premium for the hotel's chartered car service, and it was disappointing that the driver did not disclose this additional charge upfront. While we understand the importance of profit margins, we believe it's essential to prioritize transparency and honesty with guests. Overall, this hotel was a decent choice for the price we paid. Despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

This new hotel is located on heart of Surabaya city. The hotel is clean, comfort and the hotel staffs is really friendly and helpful. There's a lot of 24hours fastfood chain restaurants, street food vendors and convinience stores around the hotel. It takes only 5 minutes walk to TUNJUNGAN PLAZA (one of the biggest mall in Surabaya) The room is not so spacious but it clean and comfort. Luckily, I got room on 16th floor, so it has a beautiful cityscape of Surabaya too. The food was okey, breakfast buffet has a several choices of local food. And the restaurant looks modern and cozy enough. You will get a lot of smiles from the hotel staffs while you stay. And they very helpful too. And sure, I will be back to this hotel.

very comfy, i booked for deluxe but there were no room available so my room was upgraded, thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful. breakfast was good and quite lots of choices (western and indonesian) from pancakes, indonesian traditional food, and chinese food like fried rice etc. room was clean but can be cleaner (i found few little insects but that was actually fine for me. overall very recommended and the hotel is located in the center of the city so this one is a plus! 🤩

Acceptable standard as a HIExpress. Room is average size, bathroom a little small and towels looking a little tired. Got a lousy view though, looking out to a roof with ladder for workers to climb to the water tank. Had to draw the curtain most of the time. Breakfast was better than the usual grab-and-go, which they also provide beside the buffet spread. Customer service from the staff was good. All very polite. Laundry facilities was pay per use. Some meeting rooms available. Easy to call ride hailing.

It's located in a strategic location, near to 2 big shopping centers, Tunjungan Plaza and Plaza Surabaya. I was surprised when I saw their fitness center, that located next to their main building, it's very dark and tired. The facilities in the room also the same, if you like vintage stuff, you still can get it here, ie. the AC controller and telephone, the room and foyer a bit smell of dump, I think because of their carpet. Thank God all their linens are clean, so I can sleep well. The foods are good, breakfast or room service ok, staff also helpful and friendly. Overall, if you don't mind to stay in an old hotel, it's still good hotel, beside of that their coffee shop open for 24 hours so you can consider it as an option as well.

previously stayed here and the conclusion was disappointing.because:1.limited car parking 2. The staff are friendly but often looks relaxed And for now I checked in back with forced because it was booked here for office, and had to be disappointed again. At the time of check-in, the reception staff was pretty and joking. Then there is no security or officer to help park. And the way back to the hotel at night is also the same, there is no hotel attendant to help, even I ringed until 4x, the security came out and even pointed by the roadside kirs to park my vehicle.. Don't recommend it if I think

Today (23/12) i stay in Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya, I don’t know how many times i choose Crown Prince for my me time place. You can get what you expected. Nice staff from the doorstep. Warm and i don’t know how to say all the nice word for the staff. They did a great job for making me feel “always” like pulang kerumah. I hope in this uncertain situation, all the staff and employee always happy and healthy. Warm regards to all the staff from the doorstep and back office staff and all the employee. I can’t wait to stay in Crown Prince again. Love you!
