The location is very near the train station. Might night the water heater not functioning. Other still acceptable.

This quaint hotel has great location close to the station. The goods: Both restaurants serve good food. Roof top dining is excellent and serves evening buffet. The superior room is larger and spacious Breakfast buffet has good spread. The room service is excellent The bads Die to proximity to station rooms facing that way can be bit noisy due the train horns especially if one is a light sleeper like I am Overall hotel needs more maintenance, gym equipments were bit run down. Room keys were dysfunctional one day and the master key was being used for entry into all rooms. Ordered grilled chicken and it was undercooked and came back the same way second time with no apologies from the chef. I ended up ordering another dish. Wifi is mostly non functional, I had to wait for 3 hours to get it fixed and it was still patchy. The IT in charge was blaming it on users downloading videos, a silly excuse in this age of high speed wifi. Overall stay was Ok.

I was visited for dinner at this hotel. Food was very tasty. Hygiene is also great. I met to Manager Mr.Santosh Bhatt he advice me to take dinner at rooftop. There was well spread buffet with both options like veg. And non veg too. Good management and as well team members also. Thanks to lords management we will visit again.

Very good hotel in surat love to come back again valet parking is so good and all drivers are very co operative always ready to help us I am very impressed with the service we get from here. Lovely hotel with warm hospitality. The staff were well comeing and we enjoyed both the in restaurants. The housekeeping cleaning was nice. The hotel food nice The location very near by railway station and bus stand. Ajay behavior is too good. For sure will visit again

Very nice hotel with nice people. Breakfast was delicious. I prefer everyone to stay here. Location was perfect close to the city centre and attraction. Special Thanks Ms. Madhuri she is very helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again in future.

The rooms were extremely well maintained and very clean. The restaurant staff was always smiling and making sure that your dining experience was great. There is a large indoor pool as well as an outdoor one. the team there also was very efficient and more importantly, everything was maintained very nicely. My two granddaughters were pampered and they ended up doing several activities. Every staff member made sure that they gave them a VIP type of treatment. I can go on and on and it will make it seem as though I am being paid to write such a review but I can honestly say that this has to be one of the best, if not the very best hotel stay we have had and this is all thanks to the wonderful team across the property who are dedicated and sincere towards each and every guest. This hotel is good for stay very near to railway station have swimming pool at rooftop and I enjoyed the buffet at lime tree restaurant I say im a foodie and I loved the food. It was hot and tasty and the service crew was really helpfull. I enjoyed my time. I would like say thank Mr. Raval & Housekeeping team for doing so great,hard & fantastic job!! Keep it up guys!!!
