The room condition is very old and the bathroom is very dirty. You can't even stand and take a shower. I can't recommend anyone to stay here. The food is not delicious. The taste is very ordinary. I personally work in Germany. I am from Surat Thani and I am very disappointed in the presentation of a good hotel in Surat Thani city.🥵🙃 The food menu must be wiped clean because it cannot be opened.

The wifi is preety bad everywhere except at the lobby and restaurant.In the rooms the wifi stops every 20 minutes on the 7th and 9th floor

Surat Thani Couple School, the staff served breakfast. The rice salad was very delicious. The highlight that I really liked was the spinach pizza.

The hotel is old, the furniture accordingly also needs updating. The only plus is that there is a swimming pool. Now to the minuses, the bed is small and very hard, the pillow is uncomfortable, in the morning you wake up and your back and head will hurt. The blankets were dirty and torn, asked to change - they changed for a clean one. Insects are also present in this hotel, geckos crawl in the corridor and the worst thing was that we found a big fat cockroach the size of a finger. I do not understand how they got 3 stars, in general I do not recommend this hotel.

Complete sanitary facilities. Clean It's a little far from the city, but it's easy to take a taxi. The staff are friendly and helpful. Answer any questions you may have. The hotel is old and well kept. It is close to the river and has a riverside walkway.

Very run down, orders didn't arrive at all or only arrived after an hour. Would not recommend
