Reviews of Surf Parade Resort

Room were very dirty and my room type was not the same as I booked. There was a socks hanging from the bed from ceiling and the blinds were broken, door were not closing properly was making noise, toilet pan lid was broken. This room type was not well presented were blinds panels was missing from the living area as well. We call the receptionist Simone was very rudely spoken about the situation with the room type and socks hanging from the ceiling. I told her if I give a review on this room type which is not was I have booked for. She said to me that she will not assist me and I will have to stuck in this room during my stays because I will give them the review about the situation I am going through with my bookings. I had very bad experience with this situation which was manageable but unfortunately the receptionist was very rude, she is not the right fit for the business.

Was a great room with an excellent view from the balcony. Nice and close to the beach and shops.

My stay is from Friday to Sunday, and this time is so suitable for the time when the front desk does not provide service at all, so it becomes any questions must call contact, in addition itself I was staying 20,000, but he only gave extremely few toiletries, simply not enough for two people two nights to use. So think about it if you need service, however because something happened so I wanted to delay an hour he said they replied no problem. Also the sauna is not hot at all. However, its location is quite suitable for self-drive tours, and the ground floor is the car park.

I am satisfied with all the facilities and services! I definitely want to visit next time I wasn't expecting much, but the view was very nice and the room was spacious enough for two people.
