And don't worry about laundry - there's a brand new washing machine, iron and iron board.The five bedrooms on the second floor all feature beautiful garden views, all furnished with solid wood king-size/queen-size/double-size beds, along with solid wood furniture, closets, desks, chairs, and sofas, ensuring comfortable bedding. The master bedroom is an oversized suite, featuring a spacious walk-in closet, a picturesque bathtub, and bright skylights, unwind and soak in the beautiful view while relaxing in the tub.There is also a piano in the living room, hoop out front, and a huge backyard perfect for kids to run around in. You can fit nine cars in the driveway, plus unlimited street parking. Behind the house, there's a serene hiking trail in the forest, you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature at any time.All these inside spaces and equipments are provided for the guests only, not sharing with the host. The host lives in this house, but has separated entrance and spaces.The neighborhood is picturesque, tidy, and tranquil, surrounded by lush forests, offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of city life for you to enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Just a short drive away are the renowned White Rock Beach and Crescent Beach, where you can partake in outdoor movies and various water sports during the summer months. Within walking distance, you'll find the 360 bus stop, library, leisure center, and commercial center, providing various amenities such as Safeway, banks, post offices, Chinese supermarkets, restaurants, and barber shops, ensuring your life is convenient and comfortable.
