Room 102 felt more like a hostel experience being charged at an upmarket hotel rate — not worth it. Major downsides: • Very thin soundproofing — corridor noise was constant. Footsteps, people walking past, hallway conversations… everything came straight through the door, even when it was closed. • The bathroom sink faucet is positioned right at the very edge of the basin, so washing your hands inevitably splashes water everywhere and leaves a mess on the counter.

Hotel is nice and cozy. Light breakfast such as pastries and fruits are provided.

Great location very friendly staff! Info on breakfast was not accurate for my booking. Booking said not included but can be purchased. In fact it is included although very limited. But it was all in all quite nice. I had a ground level room and I found roaches in it. I know it’s a widespread issue in Sydney but for the price one pays one would not expect to have to deal with that. Other than that, a very nice boutique hotel in an excellent area surrounded by great eateries, bars and cinema/theaters!

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel was clean and convenient for getting around. The bathroom was quite large, but the bed was a bit small. The hotel also provided toiletries...
