Compared to the past (before the coronavirus pandemic), this ryokan's reputation has fallen considerably. This is the only natural hot spring in Tosa, and it is a facility so scenic and located in an inconvenient location that you have no choice but to stay here if you are visiting Seiryuji Temple on a pilgrimage or attending nearby Meitoku Gijuku High School. Speaking of Tosaryu Onsen, this is the same place. What had changed greatly was the ``food'' that was the selling point of this place.Even though I don't like fish, they were offering a large amount of quality fish and dishes at reasonable prices.I was surprised when I went there for the first time in a while. Both the quality and quantity have declined significantly...The price is for dinner and breakfast on a set trip, so details of the contents are unknown... I don't know if this is a ``just'' hot spring inn, and it costs money to renew and maintain the inside of the hotel, but this is no good. If there was another facility where I could stay, I would feel comfortable replacing it. The scenery is still amazing! ! One word. Nature doesn't change, but customer CS does. I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that all the staff members have become younger? Back when the landlady was making an appearance, I felt that the food alone was the best in Shikoku, but...free shuttle service from Kochi Station (however, advance reservations required), round-trip transportation to Seiryuji Temple, etc...CS around here. It seems that it is still being maintained.

The national convention of ”Women's Association to Improve Aging Society” was held in Matsuyama City, Shikoku on October 23, 2021. Since I'm going to Shikoku, I booked and stayed at ”Villa Santorini” with my 93-year-old mother. It was photogenic and all the staff were kind, but it was the worst and worst for my 93 year old mother. It rained lightly from the time of arrival, and only the outer stairs to the front desk. Same from the front desk to the room. (No railing.) The porch at the entrance of the room was filled with water and seemed to slip, and my shoes got wet. The ultimate was a restaurant in a separate building on the 3rd floor, quite far away! I couldn't understand the difficulty of climbing the stairs, probably because my mother looked young for 93 years old, or because all the staff were young. (When I saw it the next morning, it was a long staircase, but it was a very nice staircase. Of course, there is no handrail.) Finally, my mother said that it was too hard to proceed and ”go home.” However, to get back to the room, you have to go back the same long road, and the down road is difficult again. The ultimate is Haccho with chest! It's only 3 steps, but in the rain, it's nice, but (for my 93-year-old mother) I patiently climbed a long uphill, and at the end there is no handkerchief. It seemed to be really painful, and as soon as I entered the dining room door, I took out my handkerchief and started crying. ”What bad thing do I have to do and see such a terrible thing?” I cried, so I was full of feelings of regret. I was in trouble because the restaurant was dark again. I learned for the first time at a restaurant here that as I get older, my eyes become harder to see. My mother said ”I can't see it, it's dark”, so the staff turned on a spare light on the stepladder, but it was still not bright. The staff were very kind, but in terms of hardware, I wanted to let you know clearly, ”There is no elevator. Only the outer stairs.” Business owners and customers are not all young people, so please consider it.

駐車場もあり、とさでんの停留所前なので非常に便利です。 立体が満車でも隣にコインパーキングがあります。 部屋から「はりまや橋」が見えました。 「とさでん」の直角交差も目の前です。 ひろめ市場、高知城にも歩いて10分。アーケードを抜けていきます。 高知駅にも同じく徒歩10分ですが遠く感じます。 アメニティ類は１階でもらうのでしょうが、教えてもらえなかったので要注意です。 目立たないですが、裏側のドアが便利です。

Because it was all over the city, I was worried about going by car, but it was located along a big road and the parking lot was easy to understand. The parking lot in the building was free and the mineral water was also 1 person 1 service. Kochi Castle, museum, downtown and station are within walking distance. Check out 11:00, so you can walk the next morning. Breakfast is a set of Japanese and Western foods, but it is politely made and the amount is not insufficient. Even if you choose Japanese food, you will have drinks such as coffee. This is happy. It is a coupon in the front lobby and you can receive services at nearby taverns. It was a good hotel that I would like to stay here next time I come to Kochi.

About 15 minutes to Hirome Market! So you can drink and walk a lot !!! This area is crowded because it is close to the station, so be careful when you come by car! I made a smoking room cleanliness, but it smelled three times as bad as I imagined. Did you smoke?!?! It was the smell of the place. It may have been bad weather and I couldn't ventilate it. Still karaoke hall level, so it's okay at all if you're heavy smokers🙆‍♀️

It is very convenient because you can go sightseeing on the train street, Hirome Market and Kochi Castle in front of you. It's a little far from Harima Bridge and Kochi Station, but it's within walking distance while sightseeing. It was a bit old but clean and comfortable. There is no large communal bath, but the bath in the room immediately filled with hot water and was able to use it without stress. I felt that breakfast was also better than when I stayed before. It was a pity that I couldn't see Kochi Castle from the room. It was the end of March, but it was essential to wear a mask in the hotel.

This is my fav hot chain. Always booked with Dormy Inn because of their good service, amenities and also nice onsen! check out time is much later than usual japan hotel!

I am very satisfied with the service above the price. I came to Kochi with the hope of my 82 year old mother. My plant-loving mother, who said she didn't want to go on a trip, knew that there was a Makino Botanical Garden in Kochi, and said that she would put up with her disliked plane, so I searched for a place to stay and decided here ､. There was no ､ here on nearby travel agents and different sites, but I applied because Trip.com was vacant by chance. It was a wheelchair, but all the staff were kind and thankful. Dinner also started dish bowl dishes, all delicious, warm, very satisfied. The room was very clean and my mother was very satisfied. The hot springs seemed a little hot for women, but it was very comfortable for men. Anyway, the price was kind and very satisfied. Thank you.

The room was small but clean, breakfast was semi-buffet, drinks, staple food, fruit, soup, vegetable salad and some local specialties can be freely eaten, the main dish can choose a, very good. The only thing that didn't feel very good was the day of check-in, because the typhoon had heavy rain, it was 12 o'clock when I arrived at the hotel, and I didn't arrive at the check-in time. I asked the front desk if there was a cleaned room to check in first, so I could change the wet clothes. The front desk clerk checked the computer. It is said that you can pay 1,000 yen for early check-in. Although the amount is not much, it feels uncomfortable. When you check in in Europe, if you have a clean room, you will usually check in with your room card in advance. The hotel works according to the rules but lacks human touch

A long-established inn in Kochi that I wanted to take my parents! My wish came true. It's not good for compliments on the hardware side, but I'm satisfied with the customer service. Especially the pick-up response of the parking lot was the best. The amenities in the room and bathroom were substantial, and I thought that the breakfast buffet had a small selection of Kochi's special products. Personally, I wanted to eat the cherry blossoms. There was a little problem, but it is an inn that I want to respond immediately and repeat again. thank you for your help. I would like you to continue to be a long-established inn in Kochi.
