Best Western Harrisburg North

Ok Breakfast food was only slightly warm. The room was comfortable, but there were toiletries under the bed and just didn’t have the feeling of being super clean. Check-in was quick.

Room was nice people was nice also . But they do not know how order food for breakfast and keep it stocked , most food was empty the first day and was not restocked for the second day

Only issue was shower, the shower only had two options and both of them the water hardly came out.

They may have a plumbing issues because the tub and sink doesn’t drain right away.. drains very slowly

The room i had was in need of upgrading. I have used Best Western in other cities but this was the worst one i was at. The breakfast was good with the traditional food. The staff was helpful but all of them did not have command of the English language except for the manager and it was hard communicating with them.

Avoid at all costs!! Avoid this hotel! The first room we were given the pull out sofa was clearly broken to the point it wouldn’t even fold back into itself and be an actual sofa to sit on and they clearly had to know it was broken bc it was sticking out but they went ahead and gave us that room anyway. I called down to the desk to let them know that we needed to have the pull out sofa which was why we booked that type of room and they then moved us to another room. The next room was horrid! The pull out sofa was broken in this one as well. The phone didn’t work. Neither safe worked. Both tubs drained extremely slow (clearly clogged with hair or something else). The tubs were both dirty like that nasty film in there when it hasn’t been scrubbed in weeks or maybe even months. Hair allover blankets, towels, sheets, etc. one of the bathrooms had part of the shower head hanging off and mold looking spots allover the ceiling. We went to the front desk (we had to go down since phone wasn’t working) on 3 separate occasions to address the issues and we were told housekeeping and maintenance would fix them, by time we reached the third night nothing had been fixed. We were checking out the next day but I was told by the guy at the front desk on the third evening he would call my personal cell phone within two hours to offer a partial refund and what a surprise he never called. The next morning at check out I mentioned it to the lady at the desk and she said she would email me by 10:30 am. Again nothing
