I'm glad I was sleeping with a quilt. It's not a big problem, so I apologize and extend the check-out time for two hours. It's a name hotel in Ramada, but it's strange that this happens.

I stayed there for one night on a round trip in South Korea togerther with a group of about 20 people. we arrived late in the evening and left before breakfast after having spent several hours on sight seeing in the fascinating Suwom. The room was situated on the fith floor with a balcony outside my room. All necessary toilet articles were avaliable Reception staff were friendly Due to early departure to Reach our flight from Seoul Incheon, we did not have any morning meal at the hotel. I booked to stay after the SM Town concert. The road was blocked and I walked, but it was close to the Suwon World Cup Stadium. I checked in late at night after 12 o'clock. Even though it was a relatively cheap room, I had a bathtub and used it well. It was good to be able to get an ice cup for free on the first floor. The water came out well and the bathroom and the room were large. Stayed well.

The room was clean and spacious, which was nice. The desk staff were also friendly. However, it was very disappointing that check-in took a bit of time because there were a lot of procedures, the happy hour was very poor, and there was no soundproofing at all, so I could hear the embarrassing noises from the room next door😭 Still, the breakfast was great, the department store was conveniently connected to the basement level, and the city view from the room was beautiful, so it was an overall satisfactory staycation!

It was great location for my need. Staffs were frendly n helpful. Room cleaned everyday. But the room smells cigarette. Ashtray and lighter in the room obviously smoking is allowed in the room. Otherwise great for the value.
