Hyatt Regency Suzhou

Stayed at this hotel for a concert. I thought the breakfast would be plentiful, but it was a bit disappointing—not much variety, though the noodles were delicious. There's a osmanthus scent when you enter, so it's not completely odorless. A staff member at the entrance consistently opens and closes doors and helps with luggage.

The hotel environment is great, the location is very convenient, and parking is also very easy. The hotel is pet-friendly and even prepared a generous gift package for pets, which included a leash and snacks. The entire floor is pet-friendly, and our dog was very happy! Our concierge, Susu, was also excellent, very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and always available to answer our questions. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I came to Suzhou for Wang Leehom's concert and after looking around, I chose the Hyatt. Every staff member made me feel right at home, and our butler Julie was always quick to answer any questions and contact me promptly. The breakfast included many local Suzhou specialties, with plenty of freshly made items, and the taste was quite good. The hotel's location is in Times Square. After the concert, it was raining heavily and difficult to get a taxi, so it was great to be able to take the subway directly back to the hotel without having to go outside. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This time, my family of three went to Suzhou for a three-day trip, taking our child to see Wang Leehom's concert. We stayed at the Hyatt, and I have to say, Julie's service was incredibly thoughtful! She contacted us in advance to go over everything, including parking navigation, breakfast arrangements, and all the services included with the Executive Lounge access. She even specially arranged a welcome gift for our child, late check-out, and a breakfast upgrade. Everything we could think of, and even things we couldn't, were taken care of. It was absolutely superb!!!

Last year, I stayed at the Hyatt. Julia added me on WeChat before my check-in and asked about my preferences and special requests. A year later, I managed to get tickets for Wang Leehom again, and after looking around, I decided to stay at the Hyatt once more. It's right by Metro Exit 3, so transportation is super convenient. Across the road, there's Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, with popular spots like Tea's Delight and Goodme, making the overall location very handy. As usual, Julia messaged me on WeChat the day before to confirm my estimated check-in time. Upon arrival, my room was ready after check-in. I borrowed an Apple cable and a chair from the concierge and housekeeping to work, and their response was very quick. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

The location is convenient, with great food options nearby, and the service was excellent. We accidentally left something behind for our child, and the hotel proactively called us. The item was shipped via SF Express the next day and we received it cash on delivery. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit old, and the elevator sensor isn't very responsive.
